How do you ensure the toilet doesn't break during shipping?
We use specialized high-density foam molding and double-walled corrugated boxes designed specifically for heavy ceramics. Each shipment is insured, so if any damage occurs during transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Does the toilet come with a wax ring and floor bolts?
Yes, all of our one-piece toilets include a complete installation kit featuring a high-quality wax ring, floor bolts, and a soft-close seat so you have everything needed for a standard setup.
What is your return policy if the toilet doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy for uninstalled products in their original packaging. Please double-check your 'rough-in' measurement (typically 12 inches) before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.
Are your toilets WaterSense certified?
Most of our models are WaterSense certified, meaning they use at least 20% less water than standard 1.6-gallon toilets without sacrificing flushing power, helping you save on your monthly water bill.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
