At One-Piece Toilets, we stand behind the quality of our fixtures and offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, uninstalled condition. We strive to ensure your bathroom renovation is seamless by providing a straightforward exchange process for any shipping damages or preference changes.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Unit

  Ensure the toilet is clean, uninstalled, and securely placed in its original heavy-duty packaging with all internal foam inserts to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule the Pickup

  Due to the weight and fragility of one-piece toilets, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the item from your location at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees, within 5-7 business days.
